We want you to be happy with ClippyX. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, as they are a digital consumable. If you were charged but credits were not added, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
If a video fails to process due to a bug or error on our side, your credits are automatically refunded to your account. You can verify this in your profile page. If credits were incorrectly deducted, contact us and we will restore them.

You can cancel your Creator subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full Pro access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
